Tarea técnica

I need an  experienced expert advisor developer with at least 300 job being done above to program an MT5 EA based on my strategy. The strategy is based on Bollinger band, Relative strength index(RSI), and MA on the same trading window. Some of the EA conditions is as fellow:-

1.it should check or have News filters, and also have options trade the news or not.

2. it should have options or conditions for trading Session like, Asia & London Session, London & New York Session, and  New York Session and....
   NOTE; that the trading condition is for two sections combined. 

3. it should have an option for the numbers of trade per time in input form.

4. it should have an option for the lots size of trade per position in input form.

5. it should have an option for  both take profit and stop lost pips in input form.

6. it should also have an option for the amount of dollars to achieved per position at that particular time in input form.

7. it should have a trailing stop lost pips option in input form.

8. lot size should be in input form.
  Remember that this is not all the information yet, the rest will be communicated to the programmer later.
