Re-open-EA

Can someone create a EA (for MT4) who opens automatically a new trade (in the same direction as the previous closed trade) after a trade was closed by TP and SL, either immediately or after a defined pipdistance (also trading-break) and variable with lotmultiplyer? 

For example, a buy-trade is closed at 1.3470 (by TP or SL) and I want that the EA opens again a new buy-trade, but only after a break from - let we say 10 pips -  also at 1.3480 (of course with a previously determined TP / SL  and buy stop or buy limit, or sell-stop or sell limit), but then, for example, with 1.2 lot (perhaps the initial-trade is starting with 1 lot and I want set the lotmultiplyer on 1.2 or something else). 

The other way, if a sell-trade was closed, the EA should open a new sell-trade automatically with the predefinied settings.

And in the setting I want implemented this variable parameter too, if I set SL on false and the trade runs for example 20 pips in false direction, then must the EA open a counter (hedge) trade with all possibilities as the initial trade.

It is a kind of refresh trading, it is not a pure grid trading, rather a fully automatic pending-order setting, which is based on the closing of the trade.
