Validate simple strategy

I would like to validate the following strategy.

1. Parameter for candlestick size. The candlestick size will be measured from open to close.
    The wicks will be discounted. We will not use maximum and minimum.
    Ex: 500 points When the candle closes higher than the one defined in parameter 1, the EA will be able to open operations according to item 2.

2. The EA will work in 3 ways
    1. BUY only
    2. SELL only
    3. BUY and SELL (hedge) 3.
    Whenever opening an operation, the orders must have STOP LOSS and TAKE PROFIT. STOP LOSS and TAKEPROFIT will be backtest parameters

4. The EA can open only a buy order or a sell only order or a buy and sell order.
    While the order is open, even if a candle higher than the parameter defined in item 1 appears, it will not open more orders until all open orders are closed.
