An EA to remove the stop losses at predefined times and put it back again at predefined times

hello. this is a very very simple EA that has the following parameters:

1: Removal time (hours:minutes)

2: Reposition time (hours:minutes)

3: Close By Price (True\False)

4: remove Pending Orders (True\False)

1: removal time: when set, the EA will remove ALL Stop loss orders from ALL pairs
2: Reposition time: when set, the EA will put back the stop losses to its place again
3: close by price: when set to True, the EA will close buy orders if the Bid reached the stoploss price level and it will close Sell orders when the ASK reach the stoploss price level.

4: Remove Pending orders (True/False): when set to True: the EA will remove the pending orders when "Removal time" begins, and put it back when Reposition time begins.

Misc:
the EA must have an expiry date (true/false hidden inside the code with the expiry date if true)

the EA will display some info on the bottom right corner about the orders (see the attached photo)

the background of the info is black, the text is white, the StopLoss Level is in red (only the price, not the lable)

if the expiry date is met, the EA will display a big red text on the middle of the chart (Demo expired)

that's all. i will choose the cheapest and the fastest developer to finish the job.
