Tarea técnica

I would like an Expert Advisor that is based on price fluctuating around a moving average.  The EMA and SMA will provide the entry signal, and positions will be closed when they touch the moving average of the Bollinger Band.  For example, when price reaches the top of a Bollinger Band and turns around, the EMA (set to 1) will cross the SMA (set to 4) and head back to the 20 MA of the Bollinger Band.


The rules for the Expert Advisor are:

- Do not open a position if the SMA is within (an input parameter) pips of the Bollinger Band moving average.
- Take a sell position if the SMA is above the Bollinger Band moving average and the EMA crosses the SMA.
- Take a buy position if the SMA is below the Bollinger Band moving average and the EMA crosses the SMA.
- Sell the open position when it reaches the Bollinger Band moving average.
- Do not take more than one open position at a time.
- Do not open a position if the account balance is over (an input parameter).
- Close the open position if the account balance plus the open position is more than (an input parameter).

- The stop loss is another input parameter.
