Converting Pinescript indicator or mt5 indicator to mt4 robot

I want an mt4 trading robot that is based on a trading view(pinescript) indicator which has buy and sell signal in the indicator

robot should pick trades as soon as the buy signal appears and close or take profit immediately a sell signal shows up.

a sell signal(trade) is an instruction for robot to close a buy trade and a buy signal is also an instruction for robot to close a sell trade.

robot should have a martingale that of x2, when a trade closes in lose, the next lot sizes should be x2 of the initial lot size of 0.1

make functions available to change the martingale.

when i manually close a trade, robot should be able to wait for the next signal before picking another trade.

robot should have a function that i can change to pick a number of trades (two or more trades when buy or sell signal appears).

i have attached the tradingview pinescript, a picture of how it works, and the mt5 indicator that has almost the same function as i want in mt4 as robot.
