It's a tool which copy signal from telegram to mt4. My signal format is like this:

order sell @ 2 filled on BTCUSD. New strategy position is -1

i want a tool can convert this telegram message to mt4 with:

- sell or buy signal will close old opposite signal and open new signal with same lot if number after "New strategy position is" different than 0 (maybe -1, -1000 for sell and 10, 100000 for buy)

- lot size convert to mt4, message buy @ 100000 GBPUSD meaning open 1 lot buy GBPUSD in mt4 (message buy @ 100 XAUUSD (or GOLD) meaning open 1 lot buy XAUUSD in mt4, message buy @ 1 BTCUSD meaning open 1 lot buy BTCUSD). With buy @ 14700 GBPUSD, it will convert to 0.15 lot or buy @ 13 XAUUSD, it will convert to 0.13 lot

- if number after "New strategy position is" = 0, it's only close old opposite order of that symbol

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
