Tarea técnica

I currently have a script that reports changes to my server. I just need it optimized to only send an alert when a trade is updated or closed without sending a million requests to my server. The only special item apart from normal trade information needed would be the high and low price of the trade while it was active to be sent on close as well. Thank you for taking the time to read this, if i left any important information out please let me know.
