EA to use as double check on stop loss level

1  - Check if each position go below A% of equity, in that case close just that position and leave the other open

2a - Check if the global floating P/L go below B% of equity, then send an email alert (text with account name and %drowdown and custom text)
2b - Check if the global floating P/L go below C% of equity, then send an email alert ( text with account name and %drowdown and custom text)
2c - Check if the global floating P/L go below D% of equity, then close all positions and send an email alert ( text with account name and %drowdown and custom text)

3a - Check if the total floating P/L of each magic number used in opened positions go below E% of equity, then send an email alert ( text with account name and %drowdown and custom text)
3b - Check if the total floating P/L of each magic number used in opened positions go below F% of equity, then close all positions with that magic number and send an email alert ( text with account name and %drowdown and custom text)

- Make those check every  X second, to not overload the system 

- the EA will manage not just those trades which belong to the current chart pair where the EA is running at, but all the pair  

 the parametrs to be adjustable are 6 (A B C D E F) like below and if is possible in the email text if it can use account name, and not account number.
