Further compare the time of your terminal with UTC.
The difference between your DC (broker) and the current UTC is entered in the field ManualGMToffset.

DC Fxopen example on the current server time 23.00 and online http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time/scripts/clock-8/runner.php
That is ManualGMToffset will be equal to 3.
