pending order on highest and lowest(high and low of specific group of candle) speciafic hour, example highest and lowest of candles between 4 to 10 am sever time

Hello everybody ,I am newbie of mql4 coding,  I need help please who could help, I want to code on My loggic:

1. pending order on highest and lowest speciafic time example ,  H1 candle highest and lowest from 4 to 10 am server time with pending distance from the highest and lowest. example 30 pip etc...

2. when one order triggered and close another one example if I pending buy and sell , if one triggered then close pending.

3. code it run on everyday...

please help me thank you for all your kind mind
