Maybe it's not true about the embargo and it won't be imposed. But if they do not agree on production levels, oil might go back to 20. And then the oil producers will compensate for their losses on the domestic market and an embargo on imports of cheap fuel will be quite probable. I am afraid to develop the idea further or the post will be deleted for politics.

Encouraging news is unlikely to bring the price back to past levels anytime soon. All the storage facilities are full to capacity. More likely to stabilise at $25-35.
