Forex: A Path without a Heart? - page 10

Once upon a time, the American experimental physicist R. Wood (1868-1955), a rather eccentric person who loved all kinds of thrills, decided to do a risky experiment on himself - to test the effects of a drug.

With great difficulty he obtained opium, got high on it and soon fell into oblivion.

When he regained consciousness some time later, he remembered that while he was stupefied he had stumbled upon an extremely profound and important scientific idea, but what exactly had slipped his mind. Wood decided to repeat the experience in the hope that he would have the good fortune to recover the elusive idea. And indeed, as soon as the narcotic effect of opium began to take hold, the forgotten thought immediately reappeared in the scientist's mind. Feeling that consciousness was about to leave him, Wood managed to concentrate his will at the last moment, write down the idea on a piece of paper and fell into unconsciousness. Waking up, he jubilantly thought of the successful outcome of such a difficult and dangerous experience and, trembling with impatience and experience, hurriedly unfolded the precious notebook. On it he read: "The banana is big and the rind is even bigger..."
It agrees with empirical evidence that memory depends on body chemistry, i.e. with one chemistry (say, natural to the body) there may be one flow of memories and thoughts, with another (e.g., opium-stimulated) another flow. The same chemistry most likely determines the subtlety of understanding the images that arise in the mind. What he meant by the revelation "The banana is great and the rind is even bigger..." can only be understood under the same high of the same person. Maybe it was a great thought back then. For our reality, however, the usefulness of such revelations (and everything else of the same kind) is, to put it mildly, not great.

In dreams, the effect is similar: sometimes there is a very important thought, a revelation, and you try to remember it, but when you return to the physical world, it often turns out to be a ridiculous triviality... It is especially funny to record yourself while dreaming, if you have tried it you know what funny results you can hear... Nevertheless these states can give valuable clues, maybe not directly but indirectly, besides according to Jung the subconscious (or unconscious?) speaks in the language of myths, i.e. Jung said that myths themselves were formed as a product of the unconscious, it is psychoalchemy, therefore it is senseless to interpret results from the position of a "normal" mind, results should be interpreted in the context of the symbolic content of experience as a whole, and symbols may have multiple meanings like in the Egyptian magic the plurality and flow of essences from one to another was assumed, which generally contradicts classical logical thinking, but Logos is a product of the Creator. Therefore a direct interpretation of the image of a banana and its peel would be ridiculous and incomprehensible, and it would be better to consider what it could symbolise for the probationer...

The market is like life, you have to be a mushroom to understand it.

Let's go on.

A journey without a heart is never a joyful one.

You have to be a person.

Алексей Тарабанов:

One has to be a person.

To be a person, a smudged formulation. What qualities does a person need to have in order to survive and earn a living in this field?

Vitaly Stepanov:

The trouble is that no one asks themselves this question, usually one realises too late that one has chosen the path without a heart, when one is already on the brink of death. At that point, very few have the strength to abandon their aspirations and step back.

The political branch)))))))))))))

Vitaly Stepanov:
- Nonsense, a path without heart is never a joyful one. One already has to work hard to get on it. On the contrary, the path that has a heart is always easy to love, it doesn't require any special effort.

Forex seems to be the way to go with your heart but for many it is the way to get out of it))
