It will take two or three days for not even the most qualified programmer! Take AutoIt, write a script, that scrolls through signals, and forms rating values and puts ratings into a table. Next - just run the script every day (or weekly), and post the generated rating, publish it in a branch. Everything!!! Adequate alternative rating - very quickly become very popular.

And, as a rule, the crowds are greater in places where providers conduct aggressive trading with high risks - with meshing, martingale and other "superprofitable" strategies. They get hundreds or even thousands of subscribers, although it is clear to the naked eye that sooner or later losing is inevitable. Sahar has been holding its signals for more than a year among such providers - although it was on the verge of failure at times. But in the end Sahar still sold Euro from 1,13 and was selling with trailing net with short step up to 1,16 until stop-out deals, and then the price went even higher... Now he lost more than 90% of his subscribers - 80 out of a thousand plus left, but is still going strong, as the reviews show :)

I repeat - open a signal with tens of percent profit per month and a maximum drawdown of a few percent - the crowd will gather quickly enough, and you won't care about any ratings - people will flood in droves just because of "word of mouth".
