Not exactly. Each bid can contain a different number of lots.

I want to write a dll library and connect it to the main program (to mql4). In this dll library will be allocated dynamic memory to work with arrays that will be located within the library and not in the main program, if the main program is closed is it necessary to delete memory that was allocated within the library because the main program itself can not free memory occupied by the library or can it?
