"If there is a specific impulse to buy the eu tomorrow, I will buy..." - can you elaborate a bit more here... Where do you want to dig to find out if the "impulse" is present or not?

Any problems with the definition of the sawtooth? Is it difficult to calculate the number of straight line touches?
