I don't get it... Are things really bad in the States?

 
No one is claiming they will do that yet. But to the rest of us they will definitely say something like - we were going to reduce the arsenal by 80% and why haven't you reduced it, eh?

Well obviously they don't do anything for nothing. Maybe they are hoping to crush a Russian strike in advance with their high-precision cruise missiles?

They've always had enough hawks, I can't believe they're all gone.

The next leak will be an initiative to reduce the US professional army to 500 men :)

 

Usually wars are fought over resources and fertile land, and after a nuclear bombing who will need this radioactive desert for hundreds of years.
