Does anyone know what's wrong with the internet today?

A lot of the pages from my addresses are hanging at half-load! Including this forum!

And especially the pages outside RU zone don't load.

 
I'm fine with the internet. Maybe the modem is dying, maybe there's something wrong with the provider.
