Так всегда и делается.)))I know of two ways to start rising out of such a situation: when a cobra rolls up out of a triangle or other pattern or when a wide upward channel is formed.
In this case, neither of these is the case. Technically of course you might be right, but it doesn't look very much like an upward reversal.
But it is very similar to the beginning of the downward move.
Oh, I remember one more variant, this is when such a tough news suddenly comes out and we all changed our minds :) and sharply went up. That could be it.
