First - the actions of moderators are not discussed.

Secondly, the moderator is always right (and in this particular case, too, always).

If it says "political cigarette breaks", then that's the right thing to do. As an ardent political smoker, the only reason you weren't told "Listen, Mishek, stop with the politics" was to show respect.
