I think the problem is different.

When I place an order manually, it is not very fast, when I switch on an Expert Advisor, it waits for price movements and then places an order. Why is it delayed? Who knows?

The EA waits for the tick to come, the Expert Advisor triggers the Start function when the tick comes, did you not know? It's in the textbook. You can get around this restriction, it's in the forum.
