Here, if anything, even with the naked eye you can see that there are already three flat, two trends (a couple of major impulse total shifts) and one mirror zone on the chart)

a flat is when the volumes of buying and selling are almost equal
a trend is when there is a significant preponderance of either buying or selling.
but the most interesting thing is to start with a flat:
