There was an indicator at_itp4_env_192.mq4. You can check how it worked.
I have made a small change and called it at_itp4.mq4 to distinguish it.
The code recomputes parameters for different frames. Those who wish may insert automatic selection of parameters at frame change, as it may suspend the terminal at frame change to a higher one.
Both are in the appendix.

I hope you have noticed the following disadvantages of Fibo Invelop: channel bounds are not updated, tails are curled downwards and the same problem with the possibility to suspend the terminal. Unfortunately, I don't know the author to apply for a fix.
But it seems they have the same author.
Compared with yours (N.Kositsin to be exact). Set the same parameters. And here is the result.
