HOW to get a programmer 100% interested in writing an EA based on your IDEA

1 - give access to your real account where your idea is worked out
( it is clear that there should be not 1 or 2 trades but a decent period)
Of course, the demo is possible ...

2 - Write a clear TOR

These two points are MORE than enough!

If point 1 is very profitable, no one will order an advisor =)))

well, if a trader lives at the monitor - they bring him kifir - coffee to the car - food - bring the girls
and he never sleeps!

then yes, he doesn't need a counsellor.

but sometimes a man needs to sleep - go to the movies - go to the park - go to the Caribbean - go sailing on a yacht
and in the meantime, a signal can happen according to the system.

you can just hire a lot of people who don't know anything about it, and train them when and how to bet =)))

No, it's easier to order an advisor than to train people and then keep track of them.

it's not up to us.

EXACTLY RIGHT!
only a PROGRAMMER will be left! with a working idea!

there are options - if the AUTHOR is a good programmer, which is very rare
he may order pieces from different programmers for quite reasonable money
( this option is unlikely because it is extremely difficult for the AUTHOR)

If the AUTHOR does not want to do anything, but hopes on the wit and ingenuity of the programmer
- this option works differently - usually the AUTHOR flies because such an AUTHOR will not be able to give birth to the idea

Just think that 100% will work option described in the FIRST POST of the thread!

p.s.
If the AUTHOR has a good idea, he will find the way to the heart of the programmer ...

it's not up to us to decide!
It's not up to us!

but logic suggests that it does make more sense than feeding a staff of trained people
again only with a formalized idea
everything that's formalized may well lie in code.

You mean to write an Expert Advisor for free, ie for the idea?

Because I did not see the main point: decent wages.

If I had decent wages, I would move to programmers too - I have a modest experience. And so on a voluntary basis, to fulfill the whims and lusts of freeloaders - idealists, then look for other fools.

In this case the best option is programming to automate your own trading.

You may look for other fools, but in this case, the best option is to program your own trading robot.
a hustler has a different mentality

but if the Author offers an account for a long enough period of time
i am ready to work with such an author, maybe even for the idea!
but the ToR must be formalized to each and every bolt!

you cannot program intuition! without system inputs you cannot program outputs either!

i have never seen such a proposal - when the author showed his REAL and gave a description of clear entry points

the point of a REAL payment is out of the question.
how much will the programmer usually charge - the prices are different but not insane let's say 100-10000k

why ?

( just a sec, I'll show you the picture )

This is a strange question...

So, all of you (I mean programmers) want to say that a person who has a profitable strategy that successfully works for a long time in the real world, should convince and persuade the programmer to write an Expert Advisor for this system...?

However...

It seems to me that programmers think too highly of themselves: What matters is not the programming of an idea, but the idea itself. And if the idea is really worthwhile, then it would not be difficult for a person to just silently pay the programmer (as much as he/she says) for the execution of the Expert Advisor. Plus, the idea will be presented in such a way that the programmer will not understand anything. But this is in the best case, so to speak, in the laziest version of the owner of the idea.
