I remember the dollar being 36 roubles. Finally saved up for a new computer: the then top-of-the-range Core i7 3770k - 9 000 roubles, the pre top-of-the-range GTX 770 2GB - 12 000 roubles in Citilink. Bought. A month later, the dollar was 65 roubles and the price of components was twice as high.
