If you are profitable, why do you need investors? ....
Buffett is not profitable according to you. He has investors.
Buffett is an investor himself. Yes, he used to run a fund. That was in the '60s and '70s, and there's a "history" there.

Just asking questions to get an answer out of Gitarist, see what he has to say.

Let me explain. I don't think managing at a profit is absurd.
It all depends on how much profit is being made and what the conditions are. Buffett was doing, on average, 24% per annum...
It is all about liquidity. There is a limit at which it is no longer profitable to attract investors.

Apladiment in the studio, God grant everyone to reach that limit.... and others, and stop poking around in the sandbox
Why not? Almost all HFTs on FORTS are operating at the liquidity limit and are in no way willing to stop poking around in the sandbox.
Although, yes, once you reach one limit, you always have to reach another...

You can have a drink, but there is a limit to everything (c)
Of course there is. And some have reached it.Why do you offer your own management of other people's funds?
If you are profitable, why do you need investors? If you are losing money, why do investors need you?
I will answer the first question in order to earn more.
But to be more serious, I do not have much money at the stock market with my meager sums.
I can't work long in the kitchen, and I don't have a strong desire to trade there.
I will throw in the stat, those who understand, they will understand what's going on, if you are interested, please contact them.
I deleted the stat for subjective reasons.

Yes, there is a limit . All earnings come down to arbitrage from volume A to volume B . The longer the time frame the more arbitrage, the more liquidity there is.
The big players with a terabyte of money do not know where to put them, to make a miserable 12% per annum, they lack an annual schedule :)
