This is no way to treat it. It's a potential relapse.

First you have to tell your brain that smoking is inherently pointless (taste etc. becomes secondary and unimportant after a couple of months of smoking), then you clearly understand that you are a junkie, and the goal becomes clear and understandable.

And then it's easier. I could smoke right now and I'm sure I won't start smoking again.

I've been trying to smoke for a month or so to remember what I gave up. I got really sick after a couple of puffs and I threw them away. )))
