Here is the Murray link https://www.mql5.com/ru/code/101

Here is Murray's link https://www.mql5.com/ru/code/101

Thank you, this indicator is different and there is no option to display baby lines.

For those looking for a converter. Here it is (but there are some issues - and you need to know MQL5 to fix it)

I have an mt4 to 5 translator from _http://www.forex-tsd.com/metatrader-5/22957-mt5-programming-conversion.html.

Can anyone see why it doesn't work. It says it did everything successfully but no mq5 file was created.

There is such an interesting indicator as supertrend, which many people use in conjunction with Murray lines. Maybe someone has one for MT5?

For MT4 I use this one:

Pending order

Pending order is an instruction to a brokerage company to buy or sell a financial instrument at specified conditions in the future. There are following types of pending orders:

  • Buy Limit - trade request to buy at the Ask price that is equal to or better than that specified in the order. The current price level is higher than the value set in the order. Orders of this type are usually placed in the expectation that the instrument price will start to grow after falling to a certain level;
  • Buy Stop - trade request to buy at the Ask price that is equal to or better than that specified in the order. The current price level is lower than the value in the order. Usually this type of orders is placed in expectation that the security price will overcome some level and will continue its growth;
  • Sell Limit - trade request to sell at the Bid price that is equal to or better than that specified in the order. The current price level is lower than the value in the order. Orders of this type are usually placed in the expectation that the security price will start to decrease, having risen to a certain level;
  • Sell Stop - trade request to sell at the Bid price that is equal to or better than that specified in the order. In this case the current price level is higher than the value of the order. Orders of this type are usually placed in the expectation that the security price will reach a certain level and will continue to decrease.
  • Buy Stop Limit - this type of order combines the first two types being a stop order for placing Buy Limit. As soon as the future Ask price reaches the value set in the order, a Buy Limit order will be set at the level set in the order. In this case current price level is less than value of the price on achievement of which the pending order will be set.
  • Sell Stop Limit - this type of order is a stop order for placing a limit order for sale ("Sell Limit"). As soon as the future "Bid" price will reach the value specified in this order, a "Sell Limit" order will be placed at the level specified in the order. In this case the current price level is higher than the value of the price at which the pending order will be placed. And the price of the pending order is higher than level of its installation.

Hello.

I'd like to ask the programming experts, I use a very handy script in MT4 trading https://www.mql5.com/ru/code/9567, but after looking at the useful article "Switching from MQL4 to MQL5" I realized that I personally would manage it in another year :-)

If you are an expert it may not be difficult to convert it to MQL5.

I'm very thankful for it.

P.S. The original version of the script is rather convenient, but if it shows profit and loss info and "margin level" then it will not be of any value.
