Of the foreign ones, Saxobank is the first that comes to mind. There are plenty of Russian ones: Alfa Forex, Vtbforex... anything that ends in forex.

Saxobank is a commercial company that got a banking licence to proudly call itself a bank and mislead clients.

Saxo does not accept deposits, does not issue loans, kitchen...

That's what we are talking about, who exactly forms the real FX quote :) but they don't give private individuals direct access to forex with competitive DC conditions. Although they could take this niche for themselves long ago, due to almost unlimited liquidity.

Direct access to Forex is impossible - only through the bank.

Conditions as in DCs are impossible - it is not a kitchen. What bank will give you 1:100 leverage? 1:10 is definitely there. maybe 1:50....
