meta quotes 4 no connection on pc plz help on web terminal it works fine butvon the desktop app it say no connection to server
 
  • If there is no connection in the Community tab of Metatrader so use your forum login and forum password to connect.
    Your forum login is uyassiyo (do not use your email for login, and do not use password received from google/facebook).
  • If it is about the connection to the trading account so - write to the broker asking the broker with advice.
    because this mql5 forum can not help the traders with any issue related to the broker.
  • or if it is about demo account you opened so you can open the other demo account with same or any other broker, or open demo account once again (it is less than 1 minute to do for the most of the brokers to open directly from terminal).

Try with demo first.

I added a new server with my brokers credentials again and it finally started working. I hope this helps!

You are not alone. My MetaTrader 4 for FTMO stopped working after Friday 6, 2023 as well. So far no luck with FTMO fixing the issue.
