I don't think that the purpose was to show the signal (then the "credibility" would be lost). The "interpretation" of a picture is the purpose (after the fact of course)

Take a close look at it : it is a high / low channel shifted to the past (left)

One more repainting - it will have to repaint the shifted part from the right. Allo arrows are totally inconsistent - at places when they should be there are none - probably placed there manually

Thanks for the quick heads up. Really sorry that I totally missed the now obvious ( thanks to your insight!). I should have known it repaints - If it looks too good to be real, then it probably isn't !!!
