I'm not at home. I have not MT4 available. So, I can not comment signals.
Later on I'll post an indicator with can be an alternative to StepMA_Stoch to be used with other charting packages.
About "risk":
Trading is a risky business. There are set ups that a riskier though. I tell you two:
a.- when the open is +20 pips above EMA50. Does it mean you shouldn't take the signal?. Not at all. It means that you should be more careful and maybe, according to strength, you should trade less lots.
b.- when the crosses are not simultaneous.

I bought cable at 1.7370. Yes, yes, yes... I know, the signal was not validated yet at 11:30CET. But news were positive for cable and I did it.
Closed that trade at 1.7381. + 11 pips.
Why? Cause at 12:00 I had to go to work and I like to monitor the trade.
Anyway, I'm happy.

Almost always and according to a lot of determinig factors I go with 5 lots.
As the right signal was at 1.7384, more than 20 pips away of EMA50, I'd have gone into the trade with 2 lots. Remember that cable's news were positive.

but how did u know if u were not home or by a computer
