Not always, but sometimes yes.

If I am subscribed to a signal and MT4 is off, and a position is opened, when I turn on MT4 will the position open at the current price or is it not synchronized?
Similarly, if when a position is closed MT4 is off, when active MT4 the position is closed at the current price or remains open?
