I don't think this is possible in retail market.
My plan is to take 250 EUR to 1M in 6 years. That would mean 14 % profit per month, or 4 times multiply profit each year. Does this sound unrealistic?
My problem is how to stick to my own Money Managing rules. I simply trade with positions to big, so in 8 weeks I almost fulfilled my first year plan :(

He has to make profit 1.07% of account balance every day (assume no limit of lots).

Does this 1.07% make sense? It is your discretion.
First try to even make a profit, before start dreaming big ;-)
And to answer on the questions, yes theoretic it is possible, but practice you will face a lot of diffecultys.
