An Expert Advisor based on Stochastics, ADX, and MA needed

I want to build an EX based on the following parameters:

Entry Rules

For my longs, I want to see Price Above 200 MA, and Stochastics with a crossover from below the 20 level, and ADX greater than or equal to 20.

For shorts, Price should be below 200 SMA, with a Stochastics crossover from above 80 level, and ADX greater than or equal to 20

For the Stochastics, it is not necessary that BOTH K and D lines should be below/above the 20/80 levels. It is enough that one of the lines is below/above, as long as a crossover occurs, with AT LEAST either K or D having been  below or above the 20/80 level. 

SL and TPs

All trades should open with a 3:1 Reward:Risk Ratio. However,  I should be able to change this to test different settings.

Initial SL should be below/above the low/high of the candle that formed when the two conditions (of the MA and Stochastics) were met.

Money Management

Trade size should be 1% of Account balance

The EA should not open an addittional trade if there is already an open trade, except when the open trade is already up to 2R in profits

Universe

All currency pairs, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies.  

All the parameters should be customisable by me, that is, I should be able to change them however I see fit, so as to test different settings. I should be able to test different MAs, Stochastic settings, TP targets, and trade size.
