Modify existing EA

I would like to add new functions to an existing EA.
the EA trigger trades places TP on the futhest horiztonal line.

i want to add new function:

function 1: SL at 'x colour' horizontal line (true/false)

1) SL is placed at the 'orange' horizontal line 
if there are more than 1 orange horiztonal line it will place at the furthest one
2) take profit is the same

function 2: set SL as minimum if less than minimum (true/false)

Minimum stop loss is already existing function: meaning min sl = 8 and trade SL is less than 8pips, it will not trigger a trade
if 2nd function is on, it will allow trade but set it as minimum
meaning if SL is less than 8, it will still allow trade but it will place SL as 8.

For both functions, the calculation must be based on the risk and distance 
meaning if user risk: $100, the lot size will be calculated correctly based on the SL set
