HTML5 Library of TradingView.com to generate an Harmonic Scanner

I want to use the HTML5 Library of Trading View to generate an Harmonic Scanner using the following harmonic patterns:

AB=CD
Alternate AB=CD
Alternate Bat
Bat
Butterfly
Crab
Deep Crab
Gartley
Shark

Those patterns are going to release signals every day using the major pairs of FX and providing to users (in the same chart):

Users can switch from one to another pair in order to get opportunities in the FX markets.

To access the scanner, users need a login and password.

Also I need to generate the database management to get subscribers into the website.

I want to create a login page and also a register page that connect PayPal to charge a monthly fee.
