I require someone to build an EA for me please

Hello I would like to have an EA built for trades based on a DEMA cross.  Buy and sell, with conditions met, as well as a trailing stop loss bound to the price of one of the DEMA.  Also trade exit requirements and changeable lot size.  The EA should work independently of other trades (manual etc) and have the option of adding an all exit time (so at a certain time of day the trade exits regardless of all else).  The EA will be used on 7 charts of different currency pairs and I don't want them to interfere with each other.  The main time frame traded will be 5min however the option to use across all time frames is also required. So, across all time frames:- buy and sell - DEMA cross with conditions, open position (of changeable lot size) on next candle open when conditions met,  trailing stop loss bound to DEMA, close position (when conditions met) or at time of day. Because the open conditions and the close conditions are the same, but opposite, the EA will need to be able to open a position while closing the previous position. As for price and time I have no idea so I will leave you to guide.  Thank you.
