Looking for a developer to create a EA using RSI, MFI and MA indicators

looking for a developer to create a EA using RSI, MFI and MA indicators.  The goal of the EA will be to execute orders when either 1,2 or 3 of the indicators meet a certain signal criteria.  These criteria's(signal settings) should be able to be changed by the user depending on there strategy. For example if the MFI has crossed above 35, the RSI has crossed above 55 and price has crossed above the 50MA then a buy order would be executed, however the user  must be able to change these individual settings. The indicators should be able to function on all timeframes and interdependently of each other too.  For example, you could set the RSI on the 4hrTF, MFI on 5minTF and the MA's on a dailyTF.  The periods of the indicators should be able to be changed by the user as well. The EA should have the usual functions such as, buy, sell, trailing stops, take profits,stops loss, lot size, max lots, plus a few more.
