Overlaychart or overlaychartline EA

Hi, I This is the second time i'm trying to get an EA for this indicator. Please be sure you can code it before accepting job. Thanks. (the indicators are buggy as they repaint a lot. i think this is actually a challenging job)

Two versions of the indicator attached. it overlays a price graph of another pair on top of the current chart.

I would like EA to detect the difference between the 2 pair prices as the correlate around each other --- To place a buy on the lower pair, and a sell on the higher pair every x pips of difference between the 2 pair (as it appears on the screen), so every 20 pips difference, a buy and a sell opened for those 2 pairs (default 20 pips) with a global close of all orders when the two prices cross as it appears on the screen..

inputs:

• gap size,  or difference between any 2 pairs on chart that will open an order. (20 pips default)
• "other pair to trade" (default GBPUSD) 
  
• "max spread" max spread allowed for each pair before a pair of orders will open.
  
• lot size based on either fixed lot size, or on equity (risk% with minimum lot size .01) (default option is Equity and 1% risk)
• Take Profit based on either Fixed pip T/P, Global Close when the two pairs cross; or account balance %  (default is Global Close)
• stoploss based on user choice of Fixed Stoploss, or equity %. ------default equity and 10%
• when lines cross, Global close all orders for those 2 pair
• "Recalculate" option. When this is TRUE then the EA will Recalculate from the previous starting correlation point------- the indicator repaints every time you resize the window..... I would like the EA settings be fixed so no matter how you change the windows, after the initial EA placement on chart and orders opened, then it should maintain/remember that initial window position, so that it wont try to recalculate the distance, because the indicator repaints when you move the windows or resize the chart.
• must only allow 2 orders to open together. if some problem prevents an order, it must keep trying to get both orders open, and also to close both orders. Needs to be a "reliable" open and closing of both pairs. very important.
