I need a hedge trading robot -- need mt4 and mt5

I need an mt4 and mt5 robot that will hedge trade to my specifications. I would need to have the strike price be based on an RSI indicator at an 8 period on a 1 minute chart. I want to use this on any currency pair, commodity, etc. I will need to be able to modify the RSI high and low and the take profit points for both up and down trades.

This is the trading system using 1 lot for the example....

1)      BUY 1 lot of EURUSD at 1.15900 when RSI hit 30.

2)      Set take profit at 4 points

3)      If trade goes up, take profit and be done with the trade

4)      If trade goes down by 20 pips (1.15880) then do a SELL trade at 1.4 lots AND modify the original trade to take profit at 6 points.

5)      If the SELL trade wins then take profit and close the open BUY trade.

6)      If the trade goes back up before it hits the sell point and passes the take profit point on the BUY trade then take profit and close the open SELL trade.

Do the opposite is the trade hits 70 (sell first @ 1 lot then buy @ 1.4 lots)
