Writing of an Expert Advisor with some sort of indicators + multitimeframe

Hello! 

I need an EA with sort of indicators from the list. Each of them must have turn on/off function and few settings as well. The EA will monitor multiple pairs of timeframes = two timeframes make a pair and to each timeframe inside a pair we have a different slot of indicator list and then we have 30 pairs of multiple timeframes. For every signal we need a table of indicators like shown below. Maybe it's a bit hard to understand at first that's why I made some more descriptions and visualizations. In reality it's very simple thing.  This is draft: https://prnt.sc/hvy90k    So we need 30 pairs of timeframes and they must be monitored in the background. I thought that due to a lot of data to process it can be done like this: Only 5-15 seconds before candles is closed we are checking all indicators on timeframes which are closing at this moment. So that we won't process all data = 30 pairs =  60 timeframes at the same time. Cause for example M3 has differnt closing time than M5 and so on. I will provide files for indicators. 

So I need indicators like:

- CCI divergence

- RSI

- Value Chart

- RSI Jump

- ADX

- Insync

- MACD VOB Divergence

+ few simple settings like:

- candle size in point

- wick protection - candle must constitute set % of whole candle

This is TABLE 1 or SIGNAL 1 = for the first timeframe = and same will be for timeframe 2 which will be called Signal2 =so we need two lists like this inside the EA
