An Indicator and an Expert Advisor on falling and rising wedges needed

Who can programm for me an indicator and an expert advisor on falling an rising wedges?

The indicator should be included in the ea see follwing instructions:

1. Indicator

Rising wedge

If at least 3 higher highs and 3 higher lows are in a line, and this lines goes in direction of a wedge, draw the 2 lines.

1: resistance point 1

2: resistance point 2                                        Point 1 to 3 in a line defines the resistance line

3: resistance point 3

4: support-point 1

5: support-point 2                                              Point 4 to 6 in a line defines the support line

6: support-point 3

Falling wedge

If at least 3 lower highs and 3 lower lows are in a line, and this lines goes in direction of a wedge, draw the 2 lines.

2: resistance point 2                                        Point 1 to 3 in a line defines the resistance line

5: support-point 2                                              Point 4 to 6 in a line defines the support line

2. Expert Advisor

The Expert Advisor should be programmed as follows:

-        It should work on every time frame, and every broker

-        It should be connected with the indicator mentioned above

Extern variables:

1: Lot size

2. take profit on support point or resistance point 1,2 or 3.

3. stop loss on support point or resistance point 1, 2 or 3.

4. trailnig stop on/off (if trailing stop is activated in a long position, as soon as the course breaks through a resistance point, stop loss should be shift to the next higher Point of resistance or support.

If trailing stop is activated in a shor position, as soon as the course breaks through a support point, stop loss should be shift to the next deeper point of resistance or support.

5. distance stop loss long trade (The stop loss in a long trade should be placed some pips under the support point. Extern variable 5 defines how many pips under the support point it is.)

6. stop loss short trade (The stop loss in a short trade should be placed some pips over the resistance point. Extern variable 6 defines how many pips over the resistance point it is.)

7. take profit long trade (The take profit should be placed some pips under the chosen resistance point. Extern variable 7 defines how many pips under the resistance point it is)

8. take profit short trade (The take profit in a short trade should be some pips over the support point. Exterm variable 8 defines how many pips over the support point it is.)

Orders :

If a rising wedge can be drawn and the course breaks through the resistance line. And after the resistance line is touched again but touching bar closes under support line, so place an short order.

Place a sell market order with take profit on defined support point (extern variable 2) and stop loss on defined resistance point (extern variable 3).

If a falling wedge can be drawn and the couse breaks through the resistance line. And after the breakout the resistance line is touched again but the touching bar closes over the resistance line.

Place a buy market order with take profit on defined resistance point (extern variable 2) and stop loss on defined support point (extern variable 3).
