Expert based on volatility stop and triangular moving average

I would like an EA for MT4 with these input parameters:

• size of orders
• multiplier M and period N of volatility stop (Vstop = close price +- M*ATR(N)).
• n periods of triangular moving average
• quit and stop function: close current open trade at market price and don't open any other trade.
• simple formatting vstop indicator possibilities (colour, size of line, ecc).
• simple formatting triangular moving average possibilities (colour, size of line, ecc).

The robot should works simply as follows:

1) robot time frame is the time frame of the chart.
2) if close price of the candle is above the triangular moving average and if Vstop breaks down the candle at the end of the time frame (i.e. vstop < close price), then robot buys at market price.
3) robot closes the open trade as soon as close price of the candle is below either the VSTOP or the triangular moving average or both. Robot closes the open trade at the market price.
4) if close price of the candle is below the triangular moving average and if Vstop breaks up the candle at the end of the time frame (i.e. vstop > close price), then robot sells at market price.
5) robot closes the open trade as soon as close price of the candle is above either the VSTOP or the triangular moving average or both. Robot closes the open trade at the market price.
6) only one open trade is possible per chart.
7) comment of trade to show in trade tab and history tab = "VStop+TMA (M,N,n,TF)" where M, N and are the input parameters set for the trade and TF is the time frame at the moment of the opening of the trade.
8) show vstop indicator and triangular moving average on the chart.
