An Expert Advisor based on Moving Average Indicator

I need to have an Expert Advisor developed that can run independently. The advisor should be able to:

1. Open new trades on its own

The trades should be opened only after the close is over or under the moving average i.e. if the close of the candle is over the moving average, it should be able to open a long position and if the close is below the moving average it should open a sell position. 

2. Self set the lot size to 5% of equity

This is a bit tricky since the minimum lot size is different for different instruments but if you are able to fulfill this the job is as good as yours :)

3. Have a standard stop loss as well as trailing stop incorporated

The stop loss created at the start of the trade protects the equity by whatever amount input by the user and the trailing stop locks in any profit again parameters to be input by the user.

4. Should be able to run on any time frame chart i.e. 5m,15m,30m,1h etc

Basically looking for long term trading but would appreciate if the robot can work on any of the time charts.

5. Be able to pass strategy tester

Will only release payment after checking to make sure the EA is working according to my needs.
