Relatively Simple EA based on Bollinger band, SMA and TDI

I need a programmer who is readily available and can code these strategy into EA. Please, I only want someone who can work within the stipulated time. Please apply if you know you are capable and available for small modification and further development.

Long term time frame for determining trend is 72 SMA (Smoothed) applied to close

Buy condition

1) The RSI price line successfully crosses VB low to the top

2) The cross occurred below X value on TDI (The value-X value should be changeable in EA settings)

3) check if previous bar wick, body or low does not touch low BB

4) Wait for close of at least one bullish candle (Confirmation Candle) This candle low must be inside bollinger band.

5) Then wait until the prices retraces back to the open of the confirmation candle

6) If price touches middle bollinger band before retracement then the signal is no more valid

7) Ignore buy signal after 10 bars if RSI priceline and VB low cross below X value and no confirmation candle or retracement signal within the 10 bars. If ignore then wait for market to neutralize ~ 10 bars  should be changeable in settings

If TDI RSI price line is above 40 when waiting for confirmation candle and retracement do not place buy.

Take profit

Situation 1: If signal is in the direction of the long term trend open 2 buys(BuyA and BuyB) at 0.5% close the first(BuyA) at the touch of middle bollinger and close the second(BuyB) at upper bollinger

Situation 2: If signal is not in the direction of the long term trend the open just 1 buy(BuyA) at 0.5% and close at the touch of middle band.

TDI RSI priceline is equal to XX

Timed exit should still be available

Stop loss and close

Fixed max stop loss=20pips and 0.5% of account must be the max loss equity or balance from

Fractal plus a defined stop loss value
