EA for Bollinger Band and Moving Average

I need someone to create an EA for me base on the following settings and rules. Do read carefully and understand. Thank You

INDICATOR

BOLLINGER BAND
PERIOD : 20 ---- SHIFT : 0 ---- DEVIATION : 2 ---- APPLY TO : CLOSE

MOVONG AVERAGE
1) PERIOD : 5 ---- SHIFT : 0 ---- MA METHOD : LINEAR WEIGHTED ---- APPLY TO : HIGH 
2) PERIOD : 5 ---- SHIFT : 0 ---- MA METHOD : LINEAR WEIGHTED ---- APPLY TO : LOW
3) PERIOD : 10 ---- SHIFT : 0 ---- MA METHOD : LINEAR WEIGHTED ---- APPLY TO : HIGH
4) PERIOD : 10 ---- SHIFT : 0 ---- MA METHOD : LINEAR WEIGHTED ---- APPLY TO : LOW

GAP BETWEEN ONE LIMIT ORDER TO ANOTHER

RULES OF ENTRY

SELL (THE RULES MUST FOLLOW ACCORDINGLY AND NOT JUMP)
STEP 1) MA5 HIGH is higher than the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND(EXT CANDLE)
STEP 2) MA5 HIGH is lower than the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND
STEP 3) A CANDLE OPEN PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 LOW and higher than MA10 LOW AND
            HIGH PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 LOW and higher than MA10 LOW AND
            LOW PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 LOW and lower than MA10 LOW AND
            CLOSE PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 LOW and lower than MA10 LOW (CONFIRMATION CANDLE)
STEP 4) Once the above is met, EA will open order on the candle after the the “STEP 3” candle. EA will open 1 SELL ORDER and SELL LIMIT ORDER depends on the user input

BUY(THE RULES MUST FOLLOW ACCORDINGLY AND NOT JUMP)
STEP 1) MA5 LOW is lower than the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND(EXT CANDLE)
STEP 2) MA5 LOW is higher than the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND
STEP 3) A CANDLE OPEN PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 HIGH and lower than MA10 HIGH AND
            LOW PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 HIGH and lower than MA10 HIGH AND
            HIGH PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH AND
            CLOSE PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH  (CONFIRMATION CANDLE)
STEP 4) Once the above is met, EA will open order on the candle after the “STEP 3” candle. EA will open 1 SELL ORDER and SELL LIMIT ORDER depends on the user input

STOP LOST 

SELL
HIGH PRICE is higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH AND
CLOSE PRICE is higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH 

ALL ORDER WILL BE CLOSE OR DELETED

BUY
LOW PRICE is lower than MA5 LOW and lower than MA10 LOW AND
CLOSE PRICE is higher than MA5 LOW and higher than MA10 LOW 

ALL ORDER WILL BE CLOSE OR DELETED

TAKE PROFIT
SELL
Take Profit will be the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND and all LIMIT ORDER will be DELETED

BUY
Take Profit will be the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND and all LIMIT ORDER will be DELETED

VOID SETUP

SELL
1) If in between “STEP 2” and “STEP 3”, there is a candle that close higher than the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND and MA5 HIGH is lower than the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND
OR
2) “STEP 3” Candle have already touch the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND
OR
3) If in between “STEP 2” and “STEP 3”, there is a candle with :
                                                                          *OPEN PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 HIGH and lower than MA10 HIGH AND
                                                                          *LOW PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 HIGH and lower than MA10 HIGH AND
                                                                          *HIGH PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH AND
                                                                          *CLOSE PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 HIGH and higher than MA10 HIGH

BUY
1) If in between “STEP 2” and “STEP 3” there is a candle that close lower than the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND and MA5 LOW is higher than the LOWER BOLLINGER BAND
OR
2) “STEP 3” Candle have already touch the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND
OR
3) If in between “STEP 2” and “STEP 3”, there is a candle with :
                                                                       *OPEN PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND,  higher than MA5 LOW  and higher than MA10 LOW  AND
                                                                       *HIGH PRICE is higher than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, higher than MA5 LOW  and higher than MA10 LOW  AND 
                                                                       *LOW PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 LOW  and lower than MA10 LOW  AND
                                                                       *CLOSE PRICE is lower than the MAIN BOLLINGER BAND, lower than MA5 LOW and lower than MA10 LOW 

NOTES 
1) User can only use this EA on the specific account no.
    ex. If my trading account no. is 768979, I can only use this trading account no. for this EA. If I use other trading account no. the EA won’t works
2) To be shown ENTRY point on chart and EXIT point or STOP LOST point on chart so that user could check when and where is the ENTRY, EXIT/STOP LOST.
    ex. ENTRY POINT and draw a dotted line to the EXIT point or STOP LOST point.
3) User may chose to enable all or one of the following ALERT. POP UP alert, Sound alert, Email Alert and MQL notification alert.
