Live Trading signal Panel

Hi Developer 

I have a project to send the Trading signal from an Master account to subscriptions terminal.  client could choose to open the deal with this signal or not. also the panel should able to contain chat functions 

attached the design of Panel. 

there should also an Admin panel , which hosted on a sever to send the signals and manage the receivers
