PnT EA

I'm looking to build an EA off two indicators listed in the picture. I can send them if needed. These arrows do not repaint. I can explain it better more in person and draw up a better agreement once we speak. 

1.) To work on all time frames. Would like to have an Alert when candle goes outside the red/blue bands (Alert to be sent to phone).

2.)To place a buy/sell when candle comes back into the red/blue lines.

3.)  I would also like to place a Buy/sell once the arrows come up near the blue/red lines.

4.) Autop SL/TP and Trailing profit can be set option with risk management xamount of % of account and lot options. 

5.) Also would like to have the alerts pop up with a name.

6.) Also a way so no one else can share it without my permission? (not sure this is possible)
