I need an EA made from my custom Indicator

I have a custom indicator that gives arrows for a good time to trade.

This job is simple & straight forward just like reading the indicator, I need:

• an EA to place trades when these Arrows appear (blue for long, red for short) 
• when the opposite arrow appears, I need it to close the current trade & open a new trade in the new direction.

There is a resistance indictor (in orange).

For stoploss, I would like a few options to choose from.

1. have stoploss exactly where the orange resistance indicator is. have it modify the stoploss everytime the stoploss moves.
2. have it 5 pips farther away than the orange dots
3. have it 10 pips farther away than the orange dots
4. have it 15 pips farther away than the orange dots
5. have it 20 pips farther away than the orange dots

I need it to work for all timeframes & all pairs just like the indicator.
